Pricing
Age 60+: $150/month
Age 30-59: $125/month
Age 12-29: $100/month
$150 enrollment fee, $300 maximum per family if enrolling multiple members under one guarantor
When you click to enroll, you will be taken to the practice EMR, SigmaMD. This will serve as your patient portal and interface with the practice.
You can cancel your membership with 30-days notice. However, you’ll be charged the enrollment fee again if you choose to re-enroll.
Members benefit from negotiated rates with Labcorp, Quest, and Thompson’s Pharmacy that are sometimes cheaper than using your insurance.
Dr. Pfenning has a network of imaging centers and specialists in the area who are willing to provide cash pricing for visits and procedures, often beating your out of pocket cost when using insurance.
