When you click to enroll, you will be taken to the practice EMR, SigmaMD. This will serve as your patient portal and interface with the practice.

You can cancel your membership with 30-days notice. However, should you choose to rejoin Vital Roots, you’ll be charged the enrollment fee again.

Dr. Pfenning does not prescribe narcotics (tramadol, Oxycodone, Percocet, etc.) for chronic pain.

Dr. Pfenning does not prescribe benzodiazepines (Xanax, Klonopin, alprazolam, clonazepam, etc.) for daily use (unless for taper off chronic benzo regimen with goal of complete stoppage.)

Dr. Pfenning does not prescribe z-drugs (zolpidem, eszopiclone, Ambien, Lunesta, etc.) for nightly, chronic use.
